Hart Plumber Casa Grande
Terms and Conditions
Terms describing Hart Plumber Casa Grande’s referral role, contractor estimates, direct contracts and payments, warranties, complaints, and communications.
Updated October 29, 2026
These terms describe use of hartplumbercasagrande.site and Hart Plumber Casa Grande’s referral service. They do not replace a customer’s agreement with an independent contractor or waive rights provided by applicable law.
Our Limited Referral Role
Hart Plumber Casa Grande is an independent plumbing marketing and referral service, not a licensed plumbing contractor. We connect customers with independent third-party service providers. We do not directly perform repairs, installations, or other contracting work. Contractors are responsible for the services they agree to perform, subject to applicable law.
Request Information and Sharing
A referral request provides your contact information, property address, and service details to Hart Plumber. Hart Plumber shares those details directly with independent contractors so they can contact you and arrange service. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
A request does not confirm an appointment, create a plumbing service contract, or guarantee that a contractor is available or suitable.
Estimates, Contracts and Payments
The independent contractor provides the estimate. Any service contract is signed directly between the customer and the contractor. Payments for the work are paid directly to the contractor, not Hart Plumber.
Ask the contractor about diagnostic or visit charges, pricing, scope, materials, permits, access, exclusions, schedule changes, and approval of additional work. Hart Plumber does not promise a free estimate or fixed price.
Qualifications and Services
Before hiring, verify the contractor’s identity, license status and scope with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors where required, and insurance directly. Hart Plumber does not hold a contractor license and does not make an unverified guarantee that all contractors are licensed, bonded, insured, or background checked.
Services, equipment, diagnostic methods, availability, arrival times, cleanup, and outcomes vary by contractor. Hart Plumber does not guarantee workmanship, repairs, satisfaction, or uninterrupted water service and does not offer mold inspection, remediation, or restoration services.
Warranties and Complaints
The contractor performs the work and provides and honors any warranty it offers. Confirm warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures in the contractor agreement.
The contractor handles complaints about workmanship, repairs, and warranties. Hart Plumber can help coordinate communication. Nothing here removes a responsibility that applicable law imposes on Hart Plumber or a contractor.
Urgent Situations
Do not rely on a referral request for immediate emergency response. Contractor services and availability vary. If there is immediate danger, move to safety and contact emergency services or the relevant utility.
Communications
A request asks Hart Plumber and the contractors receiving your request to contact you about it; it is not blanket consent to unrelated promotional messages. If Hart Plumber texts about the referral, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or contact us to ask Hart Plumber to stop texting. Contact us for help. Contact each independent contractor directly about that contractor’s messages.
